Synthesis and properties of domestic boron doped BNT-BT lead-free piezoelectric ceramics

چکیده
Bu çalışmada, yerli bor (B2O3) hammaddesi kullanılarak katı-hal reaksiyonu ile molce %1 B+3 katkılı 0,94(Bi0,5Na0,5)TiO3-0,06BaTiO3 (BNT-6BT) seramikler üretilmiştir. Kalsinasyon sonrası faz oluşumu X-ışını kırınımı (XRD) belirlenen tozlardan hidrolik pres (ön şekillendirme) ve soğuk izostatik presleme (CIP) disk şeklinde numuneler hazırlamıştır. Numuneler bağlayıcı giderme işleminin ardından 1100, 1150 1200°C sıcaklıklarda 12 saat süreyle hava ortamında sinterlenmiştir. Yapı özelliklerin karakterizasyonundan önce numunelerin yoğunluk ölçümleri Arşimet yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) mikroyapı incelemesi elektriksel ölçümler için altın (Au) kaplanmıştır. çalışmada üretilen dielektrik (εr, tanδ), piezoelektrik (d33) ferroelektrik (P-E histeresiz döngüsü) özellik ölçümlerinden elde edilen sonuçlar literatürde yer alan katkısız ticari B2O3 BNT-6BT üzerine yapılmış olan çalışmalarla karşılaştırılmıştır. Sonuçlar borun malzemelerin üretiminde özellikleri geliştirici katkı olarak kullanılabilirliğini göstermektedir.
